Our Studio Space - Rentals

Modern Art Theater and Dance Academy is a beautiful 3000+ square feet space, beautiful for many occasions. 

-Big open lobby space 

-2 large dance studio rooms with speakers and disco lights 

-3 bathrooms 

-max occupancy 75 

-Mini fridge and freezer

 -Parking lot

 -Nearby to many restaurants that will cater to your event 

-4 white folding tables, 40 folding chairs, two benches

 -(Add-on*) Event hostess that will set up and clean up for event for you

 -(Add-on*) Event hostess that will coordinate your event guests and your event, keeping everything going as scheduled and announcing and facilitating each activity. 

-(Add-on $30) Obstacle course set up in acro room for the duration of the event.

-(Add-on $35) Studio provided craft set up in our art room.

We charge $100 an hour with a minimum of 3 hours for each event, including set up if necessary. This includes everything listed above. 

*For an extra $50 per hour, the hostess can run your event for you, keep party activities going on schedule, and set up and clean up for you for a hassle free event.

 We do require a deposit of $150 to hold your date and the hostess time. We will email you a contract that must be signed 2 weeks before the event.
