Event Rental

Modern Art Theater and Dance Academy is a beautiful 3000+ square feet space, beautiful for many occasions. 

-Big open lobby space 

-Large dance studio room with speakers and disco lights

 -Nearby to many restaurants that will cater to your event, can bring outside food.

-4 white folding tables, 40 black folding chairs, two benches

 -(Add-on $50 per hour*) Event hostess that will set up and clean up for event for you, coordinate your event, inform and greet guests, keeping everything going as scheduled and announcing and facilitating each activity. This open offers you a hassle free event.

-(Add-on $50) Obstacle course set up in acro room for the duration of the event. *SEE PDF BELOW FOR ACRO ROOM POLICIES*

-(Add-on $35 *Up to 6 kids, additional children are an additional $5 each*) Studio provided craft set up in our art room.

We charge $125 an hour with a minimum of 3 hours for each event, including set up if necessary. This includes everything listed above. Party renters are expected to leave the space how it was and completely cleaned.

There will be a $50 cleaning fee for any party that does not opt for the optional party hostess.

 We require a deposit of $150 to hold your date and the hostess time. We will email you a contract that must be signed 2 weeks before the event. Renters must schedule a 15 minute in-person consult to see the space prior to your event.

Dancer and Theater Studio Space

Modern Art Theater and Dance Academy rents out single studio spaces to students and non-students for practicing, rehearsal time, to film reels, etc in 30 or 60 minute time blocks.

Includes:

Private studio room

Speaker with bluetooth

Fun lights (Change color for reels)

AC/Heat control

For current students: 

It is free to rent out the studio when it is open during our regular operating hours. We must be open and one of the studios needs to be open anyway. Must confirm/cancel the studio rental 24 hours in advance. If you are looking to rent the studio space when we are not normally open, there is a $65 fee per hour (1 hour minimum)

For non-students:

There is a $15 fee per-hour for non-students to rent out the studio.

If you will be charging someone (private lessons) during your rental, there will be a $20 Fee. 

If you are renting out the studio to charge multiple people (A group class) there will be a $40 fee.
